Assistant Project Manager
Structure Tone Southwest is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our statewide construction projects, with additional responsibilities as a subject matter expert (SME) for project technology. Our work includes a mix of ground‑up construction and interior build‑outs. This role offers exposure to a range of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our projects. While the key duties are outlined below, additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

- Provide direct support to senior leadership, including conducting project audits
- Train new hires on project‑related technologies and tools
- Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and other professional teams
- Assist with scheduling subcontractor manpower and material deliveries
- Review and process submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Participate in cost control efforts and budget tracking
- Manage document control processes and track changes to contract documents
- Perform QA/QC inspections of installed materials
- Assist in punch list development and preparation of project close‑out documentation
- Collaborate with the team on safety management initiatives
- Maintain organized records and documentation with a strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction (e.g., Construction Clerk, Project Engineer)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CMiC is a plus
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
