Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Construction Laborer role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Construction Laborer will assist in a variety of tasks, including masonry, renovation, flooring, and general construction duties. Responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of work sites, operating basic equipment, handling materials efficiently, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. The role also involves collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Qualifications- Experience in Masonry, Concrete Repair, CFRP and Construction work
- Skills in building Renovation and understanding of safety standards during reparation projects
- Ability to conduct Research and efficiently utilize construction resources
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Prior experience with concrete repairs and strengthening preferred
- Certification or training in construction or related fields is a plus
