Concrete Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are partnering with a well-established commercial contractor in Dallas to add a talented Concrete Project Manager to their growing team. This role is ideal for a PM with strong, hands-on experience leading ground-up commercial concrete projects and managing $10M+ budgets from start to finish.

• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout for commercial concrete projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendor coordination to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Oversee quality, safety, and compliance across all concrete scopes
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Mentor and guide field teams, driving accountability and alignment with project goals

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial concrete construction projects
• Proven success overseeing $10M+ budgets and complex schedules
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Hands-on knowledge of concrete means and methods, including flatwork, structural slabs, tilt-up, precast, post-tension, and elevated decks
• Based in Dallas, TX with ability to travel locally as needed
