Civil Superintendent for Data Center projects

Job Description

The Project Superintendent will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, and quality of work. The role involves working closely with contractors, suppliers, and the Project Manager. The Superintendent directs and supervises activities of workers engaged in the construction process and coordinates various phases of construction to prevent delays. A thorough understanding of safety hazards related to the work and the ability to safely use or operate work‑related tools and equipment is essential.

The position requires working in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting.

• Manage and control assigned projects, ensuring field operations are efficient.
• Oversee site safety, productivity, schedule, and quality of work.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and Project Manager.
• Direct and supervise activities of workers engaged in the construction process.
• Coordinate various phases of construction to prevent delays.
• Learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work.
• Safely and effectively use or operate work‑related tools and equipment.

• Civil construction oversight
• Site development
• 5+ years of Civil Superintendent experience for large CAPEX projects

• Experience with data centers, LNG, and petrochemical CAPEX projects

The work environment includes data centers, LNG, and petrochemical CAPEX projects. The role requires working in plant operations or construction jobsite settings. Company truck, per diem provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
