Fiber Quality Control Supervisor

We are hiring OSP Fiber Build QC Supervisors to support underground wireline fiber construction projects across Texas. This role focuses on quality control, field supervision, and oversight of fiber installation and restoration on active construction sites.

This position is well-suited for experienced fiber construction professionals seeking a hands‑on QC supervisory role with long‑term stability and growth.

• Supervise QC activities on underground fiber construction projects
• Direct, coordinate, train, and monitor crews and subcontractors
• Ensure proper fiber placement, repair, and site restoration
• Verify work complies with contract requirements, safety standards, and production goals
• Maintain daily production reports and required documentation
• Inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment for safety and compliance
• Participate in operational and customer coordination calls
• Resolve field, customer, and restoration issues
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners

• Strong fiber build experience
• Wireline OSP construction experience required (wireless‑only experience not considered)
• Construction Engineering background or equivalent field experience
• 5+ years in telecommunications or utility construction/maintenance

• Prior QC, inspection, or supervisory experience
• CDL preferred
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors
