Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on heavy civil water and wastewater treatment plant projects
. This role requires hands‑on leadership across complex civil and mechanical scopes in an active construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations for water and wastewater treatment facility construction
• Coordinate and supervise crews and subcontractors across underground utilities, mass excavation, concrete, and mechanical scopes
• Plan and execute work to meet schedule, quality, and safety requirements
• Work closely with project management to sequence work and resolve field issues
• Enforce safety programs and maintain compliance with all site regulations
• Track production, manpower, and equipment usage

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on heavy civil water/wastewater treatment projects
• Strong background in underground utility installation
  , including process piping
• Experience with mass excavation and structural concrete work
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems related to treatment facilities (pumps, piping, equipment setting)
• Ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
