Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year
We are an established national builder‑developer looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead a multifamily podium project in Dallas. This career‑track role spans 32 months and offers excellent support and clear expectations.

- Coordinate trades, ensure jobsite safety, and maintain pace on the master schedule
- Enforce quality control across concrete, framing, MEP, and finish trades
- Serve as a right‑hand to the Lead Superintendent
- Manage jobsite documentation, inspections, and short‑interval planning
- 20+ years of construction experience, with recent multifamily and podium work
- Strong familiarity with vertical concrete and structural systems
- Proficiency with Procore, scheduling software, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and trade coordination skills
- Steady work history in the DFW market (local relationships are key)
