Commercial Construction Project Manager

Due to continued growth we are urgently seeking Project Managers!

Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management including estimating, project control, scheduling, quantity tracking, budgeting/cost control and tracking, processing submittals, RFI's, change orders, subcontract administration, owner correspondence and billing, quality tracking, and safety.

MUST HAVE:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience working on: heavy highway, civil construction projects, engineering, site work, mass earthwork, underground pipe and concrete structures and bridges.

* Ability to possess superior written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to perform, communicate clearly, and be detail oriented.

Preferred but not required:

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Technical or Construction Management. Microsoft Office proficiency required and Primavera and AutoCAD skills are desired.

We have both traveling and non-traveling positions available.
