We are hiring junior and senior construction workers with hands‑on experience in excavation, drilling, concrete pouring, and operating construction tools and machinery
. Candidates will work on residential and commercial projects across DFW and nearby areas.

• Perform excavation, trenching, and drilling work
• Assist with or lead concrete pouring, finishing, and curing
• Operate construction tools and machinery safely, including:
• Jackhammers
• Concrete mixers
• Drilling and excavation equipment
• Power and hand tools
• Read and follow basic plans, markings, and site instructions
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
• Follow safety procedures and job site regulations
• Work effectively as part of a construction crew

• Some hands‑on construction or labor experience preferred
• Willingness to learn excavation, drilling, and concrete work
• Ability Friendshipjad to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Proven experience in:
• Excavation and drilling
• Concrete pouring and finishing
• Residential and/or commercial construction
• Experience operating constructionística tools and machinery
• Ability to work independently and guide junior workers
• Strong understanding of job site safety
• Ability to meet project timelines and quality standards

• Physically able to perform construction work
• Willingness to travel within DFW and other cities when required
• Reliable transportation
• Valid work authorization in the United States
