Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the DFW area. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, and values strong communication with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Manage ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Review contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Enforce safety policies and compliance with local/state regulations

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial ground-up construction
• Experience with projects such as retail, office, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed‑use
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
