• $12M – $15M average projects with a $30M+ pipeline
• Commercial construction
• Heavy MEP‑led scopes (mechanical, electrical, plumbing preferred)
• Design‑build, design‑assist, and negotiated projects
• Opportunity to grow into larger and more complex pursuits, including data centers

• Estimators with 3–5 years’ experience
• GC, subcontractor or MEP subcontractor background strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic and genuine drive to progress
• Comfortable working five days a week in a collaborative office environment
