Superintendent - Retail Interiors

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for retail interior construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and design teams
• Track site progress and provide regular updates to the project team

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in retail interior construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects with tight schedules
• Experience working in occupied or live retail environments is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with scheduling and reporting tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the DFW area
