Senior Construction Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day on-site operations for commercial and hospitality construction projects
. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
, while coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities, including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Manage schedules, site coordination, deliveries, inspections, and permits
• Enforce safety standards, quality control, and building code compliance
• Conduct daily site walks and lead subcontractor meetings
• Track project progress, budgets, RFIs, and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and leadership

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Hospitality construction experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and construction methods
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and working in active job‑site environments
• Willingness to travel as needed
