Superintendent – Office Tenant Improvements (TI)/Warehouses

We’re hiring an experienced Superintendent – Office TI to lead Class A office tenant improvements and corporate interior projects across the DFW market. This is a field leadership role for someone who knows how to run fast-paced interior build-outs
, manage multiple trades, and deliver high-quality finishes in occupied and unoccupied office environments.

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction for office TI projects
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• Review and execute work per plans, specs, and schedules
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget
• Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
• Interface with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Manage punch lists, inspections, and project closeout
• Maintain daily reports and documentation using Procore or similar tools

• Commercial Interior Renovations

• 7+ years experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
• Strong background in office TI / interior build-outs
• Experience managing projects from $250K–$10M+
• Solid understanding of construction means & methods
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Plan Grid
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 preferred

• Base salary: $100,000–$125,000
