Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Superintendent role located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The Superintendent will oversee daily project operations, manage and coordinate construction activities, ensure work quality aligns with company standards, and adhere to project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any onsite challenges. The role requires ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining excellent communication with project stakeholders and contractors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial construction
. - Valid driver’s license
. - Availability to travel as required by project needs.
- Must be based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area
