Project Superintendent

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dallas, TX. The Project Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing job site safety, maintaining project records, and communicating with stakeholders. The Superintendent will play a key role in resolving on-site challenges and ensuring smooth execution of construction plans.

• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and resource coordination skills
• Expertise in safety compliance, risk management, and site inspections
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and communication abilities
• Experience in interior construction or related fields, especially retail or corporate spaces
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, plans, and construction drawings
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices
• Familiarity with construction technology tools/software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project superintendent or similar role
