Construction Superintendent; Commercial

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead and drive commercial construction projects from mobilization through final completion. This hands‑on, solution‑oriented leader will oversee field operations, schedules, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring a safe and efficient jobsite.

• Manage all on‑site construction activities for commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production targets
• Track project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and project objectives
• Identify potential issues early and implement proactive, field‑based solutions to keep projects on track
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Deep understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, sequencing, and industry standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management software
