Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing operations of multi-site multifamily and commercial construction projects. The candidate must have experience managing projects in the $20M+ range and must align projects with the long-term plan and budget. The role requires overall leadership and technical direction, ensuring projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Qualified candidates have strong leadership, communication skills, flexibility to travel as needed, and can present information verbally and in writing in an organized and logical manner.

Performance Objectives- Professionally represents ELITE Construction as the primary interface with Clients, Subcontractors, Architects, and Engineers and manages/maintains client relationships.
- Manages operations including PMs and Superintendents to complete projects in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Prepares reports for ELITE Team regarding status of projects.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Manages internal resources and subcontractors/vendors for efficient project execution.
- Coordinates the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within schedule.
- Assists in defining project scopes, objectives, and ensures technical feasibility of the projects.
- Oversees all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
- Manages and minimizes change orders.
- Runs OAC meetings on weekly/biweekly basis.
- Proven working experience in construction project management.
- Thorough knowledge of project management of interior and exterior renovations, and ground-up construction from pre-construction through completion on projects.
- In-depth understanding of construction plans, MEPs, take offs, and blueprints.
- Strong working knowledge of Procore/Core Con (Sage Construction), Plan Swift, Microsoft Office, and Construct Connect.
- Skillset of Construction Management, Estimating, Planning, Reporting, and Communication with Team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Familiarity with a variety of construction concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to lead and direct subcontractor work on the project team.
- Experience developing, managing, and forecasting a budget for projects.
- Ability to maintain project schedule and timeliness from pre-construction through close-out.
- Strong conflict management and resolution skills.
- Experience running multiple construction projects and developing future leaders.
- Effective communication, organization, planning, and execution of project plans.
- Three positive client references from the past five years.
- Previous leadership positions in professional, personal, or civic roles.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple job sites across Texas and surrounding states as necessary.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or VP of Operations in commercial and multifamily construction industry;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prolonged periods on construction site, including physically carrying job materials on occasion.
- Requires travel up to 25% of time.

Schedule- Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, weekends as needed.
