DailyResponsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for commercial construction projects
- Conduct take-offs and review construction drawings
- Manage pre-construction activities, including scope development and change orders
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion
- Generate punch out lists and review submittals
- Experience in commercial construction estimating
- Proficiency in Plan Swift and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of construction management principles
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Bluebeam software
- Familiarity with project controls and request for information processes
- Background in civil construction and structural design
