We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee ground‑up data center construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This leadership role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in commercial and mission‑critical facilities who can manage complex projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

As the Senior Superintendent, you’ll take full responsibility for field operations, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, and site safety — driving successful outcomes from preconstruction through project completion.

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities for large‑scale data center projects.
• Direct field staff, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and short‑interval plans.
• Oversee MEP coordination, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
• Enforce compliance with all safety policies, building codes, and quality standards.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks, schedule delays, and resource challenges.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to assistant superintendents and site teams.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, safety documentation, and project logs.

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Senior Superintendent or Lead Superintendent.
• Proven track record managing data center, mission‑critical, or large industrial projects.
• Deep knowledge of ground‑up construction, MEP systems, and commissioning processes.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence.

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000+ (based on experience).
