Account Manager - Construction at Genuine Search GroupA well-established general contractor in the DFW area is seeking a Project Manager with ground-up construction experience to join their team. This role focuses primarily on ground-up retail projects
, with additional exposure to industrial, healthcare, and K–12 work.
- Manage ground-up construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain quality, safety, and strong client communication
- 4+ years of construction experience
- Experience completing ground-up projects as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
