Senior Estimator - Commercial Drywall

. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and lasting relationships, this team continues to raise the bar in commercial construction.

They are actively seeking a Detail-Oriented Drywall Estimator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate brings experience in commercial interiors and a strong ability to accurately assess and bid drywall and framing projects.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall, framing, and finish scopes
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and review subcontractor/vendor quotes
• Collaborate with the project management team to develop competitive bids
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize cost savings
• Maintain historical cost data and stay current on industry pricing

• 3+ years of estimating experience in drywall and metal stud framing
• Proficiency with estimating software (Quick Bid, OST, or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction documents and scopes of work
• Excellent math, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet bid deadlines
