As a Senior Project Manager
, you will take the lead on high-profile commercial construction projects across the DFW metroplex, with budgets ranging from $50M to $100M+.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of high-value commercial construction projects ($50M–$100M+) across DFW, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to deliver profitable projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate subcontractor buyout, contracts, and performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and support business development efforts.
• Proactively manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Deep understanding of commercial construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, high-value builds on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with projects exceeding $50M+ in value.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
