As a dynamic, year-round construction company with deep roots in alaska, we’re seeking a skilled and driven lead construction project manager to lead high-impact vertical and civil construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.

this is a leadership role for a motivated construction professional ready to take ownership of diverse and complex projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

as our lead project manager, you’ll be the driving force behind project success. You’ll plan, execute, and deliver construction projects that are on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety expectations—while leading and mentoring your team with clarity and purpose.

• lead all phases of construction projects: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout

• coordinate teams including engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal staff

• create detailed project plans and manage critical paths to meet deadlines and key milestones

• oversee budgeting, cost control, and risk management strategies

• monitor job site progress and enforce safety, building codes, and regulatory compliance

• serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• manage contracts, rfis, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

• conduct regular site visits, team check-ins, and quality inspections

• mentor and supervise assistant pms, site supervisors, and field staff

we’re looking for a seasoned construction leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings strong organizational, people, and technical skills to every project.

• bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field

• 7+ years of experience managing commercial, vertical and/or civil construction projects

• proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., procore, ms project, buildertrend)

• strong knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and documentation

• excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• ability to interpret and manage blueprints, schematics, and specs

• osha 10certification (pmp certification or equivalent a plus)

• mix of office work and on-site construction oversight

• local travel to job sites required

• willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends based on project needs
