Are you passionate about empowering families and ensuring children are ready for school? Vogel is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Substitute Teacher (On-Call/PRN) to provide direct support to children in our classrooms. In this vital role, you’ll provide classroom coverage on an as-needed basis to support continuity of care and learning during staff absences due to vacation, illness, training, or leave.

Your work will be grounded in supporting a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children while working collaboratively with site leadership and teaching teams.

By offering encouragement and guidance, you'll help maintain a stable environment, contributing to healthier, school‑ready children. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and highly skilled in early childhood development for children from infants through 5‑year‑olds. As part of our team, you'll be expected to familiarize yourself with important care models, including trauma‑informed care—which guides our approach to supporting families at Vogel.

If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we want you on our team!

This is a PRN / On‑Call / Per Diem position (Non‑Exempt). The pay rate for this role is $22 – $24 per hour. Candidates must be willing to work at both the Vogel Redbird Campus and Vogel Main Campus as needed.
