Responsibilities- Help infants navigate the day’s activities, offering gentle guidance and support.
- Manage the infant classroom, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and company standards.
- Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age‑appropriate and stimulating, in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
- Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space that encourages curiosity.
- Maintain welcoming and friendly interactions with children, parents, and visitors.
- Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
- At least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of child behavioral and developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements.
- Strong classroom management skills: organization, communication (verbal and written), problem‑solving, patience, and flexibility.
