• Serve and develop relationships with our current client base
• Attract and integrate new clients into our portfolio
• Supervise and assess team activities and productivity
• Provide training and support for new team members
• Log daily activities and outcomes through our Salesforce CRM
• Maintain a daily focus on growth in client management and leadership potential development

• Outstanding organizational skills paired with attention to detail
• Proficient in time management with a record of fulfilling deadlines
• Strong leadership qualities and supervision experience
• Excellent communication abilities
