Overview
Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, Microsoft Solutions. Quisitive is a global partner focused on cloud transformation, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and AI. This role targets large strategic enterprises and multi-million-dollar opportunities, with executive-level relationship management and delivery of complex solutions leveraging global and offshore delivery capabilities.
Required Location: Dallas, TX. Travel: As needed for executive client engagement.
What You’ll Do- Originate, structure, and close multi-million-dollar, enterprise-scale deals with new logo customers
- Own complex, consultative sales cycles from first conversation through long-term expansion
- Build a pipeline of transformational opportunities aligned to Quisitive’s growth strategy
- Develop authentic, long-standing relationships with C-suite and senior executive leaders (CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO, COO)
- Act as a trusted advisor—connecting business outcomes to technology and delivery strategy
- Represent Quisitive with confidence and credibility in executive forums
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across sales, solutioning, delivery, and executive leadership
- Shape compelling value propositions that leverage offshore and global delivery capabilities
- Partner closely with delivery leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, executable, and differentiated
- Take accountability for outcomes—not just bookings, but long-term customer success
- Provide market insight and feedback to influence go-to-market strategy and offerings
- Mentor and elevate others by modeling enterprise excellence
- Closing seven- and eight-figure deals with strategic enterprise customers
- Becoming a trusted voice with senior executives inside and outside Quisitive
- Building a durable pipeline of strategic opportunities
- Helping position Quisitive as a go-to transformation partner in the era of AI
- 5-10+ years of experience in strategic enterprise sales or business development
- A proven track record of winning large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed $8 million plus quotas
- Deep understanding of offshore and global delivery models work—and how to sell them
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and continuous learning
- Energized by solving customer problems with modern technology
- Confident, credible, and collaborative with executive stakeholders
- Comfortable leading and aligning diverse teams toward a shared goal

Qualifications & Experience- A minimum of 5-10+ years in strategic enterprise sales or business development
- Proven track record of winning large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals
- Experience meeting and exceeding $8M+ quotas
- Deep understanding of offshore and global delivery models and how to sell them
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and continuous learning
This role requires executive-level engagement, the ability to manage multi-million-dollar opportunities, and the capacity to lead cross-functional pursuit teams while delivering customer value at scale.
