We are seeking a transformational procurement leader to build and lead a high-performing, cross-border sourcing organization supporting U.S. and Mexico manufacturing operations.

This role will define and execute enterprise sourcing strategy, modernize procurement infrastructure, and deliver measurable cost savings and supplier performance improvements. The Director will operate at both strategic and operational levels, shaping long-term category strategy while ensuring disciplined execution across day-to-day purchasing activities.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic sourcing and manufacturing procurement.
• Proven track record delivering cost savings, margin improvement, and operational impact.
• Experience supporting U.S.
  
  -Mexico manufacturing environments.
• Steel industry expertise is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong financial acumen with comfort operating in a PE-backed, performance-driven environment.
