Responsibilities
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and forecast reporting in Salesforce for Factoring, Load Pay, Fuel, Insurance, Equipment Finance, and other carrier products.
Enforce opportunity stages, close dates, forecast categories, and product attribution.
Works with sales representatives and sales leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
Discovers high-level, notable, strategic findings and learns how to transform them into significant strategies to aid the sales organization.
Surface pipeline risk with clear, actionable insights.
Own Salesforce data hygiene across Carrier Sales.
Identify and correct process breakdowns.
Own call analytics and reporting using Level AI and Salesforce.
Connect call behavior to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Evaluates new tools and platforms to improve reporting and sales operations.
Track rep activity, conversion rates, cycle times, and product mix.
Track TAM, penetration, and whitespace by territory and product.
Own territory and account coverage reporting.
Support territory planning and realignment analysis.
Stay up to speed with latest Salesforce releases and provides strategic suggestions to leadership.
Ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will possess strong Sales Operations (or Revenue Operations) skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrive in a high volume, high velocity environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; graduate degree is preferred.
3-5 years of direct sales / sales operations experience; management experience preferred.
Evidence of previous sales / sales leadership success and strong work ethic.
Experience supporting both high-velocity and territory-based sales motions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational actions.
Working knowledge of Salesforce a must, Salesforce certifications beneficial.
Advanced Excel experience needed
High level of written and verbal communication skills and abilities.
Applies structured, analytical thinking to ambiguous problems.
Communicates clearly and confidently with sales leadership.
Maintains high standards for data quality and process discipline.
Team leader with a strong work ethic.
Demonstrates considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
Ability to build/maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
High level of maturity and stability with an "optimistic" approach.
Self-directed and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and hands‑on experience with ability to plan and manage enterprise sales goals and objectives.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
