Senior Investor Relations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the production of fundraising materials (including PPM, collateral material, fund documentation, due diligence data, etc.) and assist in driving fundraising strategy and execution.
• Support relationship management efforts throughout the Limited Partner community ensuring the brand, platform and abilities are well represented.
• Assist in the creation of all marketing documents related to a fundraise.
• Manage email inbox of Investor Relations correspondence with Investors and collaborate with other departments, including finance, compliance and legal to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of information to investors.
• Manage the Investor Relations CRM including maintaining and updating investor contact lists and databases.
• Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage logistics for investor meetings and events, including roadshow coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, and materials preparation.
• Support the Investor Relations team in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

• Prior experience in an IR role.
• Experience working with CRM system within a sales organization.
• Well organized with outstanding project management skills, including ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks.
• Ability to flourish and navigate in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.
