The role sits within the Procurement team in the Finance division and leads a Center of Excellence focused on elevating strategic collaboration with the company’s supplier base. It is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously enhancing supplier management frameworks, tools, and insights that empower category teams and stakeholders across the enterprise. By providing expertise in areas such as supplier performance, risk, sustainability, diversity, market intelligence, and broader engagement strategies, the role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to drive consistent, data‑driven, and value‑focused supplier relationships.

What

you'll do
  • Define and maintain the enterprise Supplier Relationship Management strategy, frameworks, and standards. Enhances Procurement’s ability to manage risk, sustainability, and supplier relationships proactively.
  • Act as a thought partner and advisor to category teams, providing tools, templates, training, and best practices. Enables category teams to focus on strategic sourcing by providing scalable SRM capabilities and insights.
  • Support change management and adoption of SRM processes across the Procurement organization.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for supplier‑related initiatives that span multiple teams or functions.
  • Establish governance models for supplier segmentation, performance management, risk assessment, and engagement cadence.
  • Ensure SRM practices align with Procurement strategy, goals, and external regulatory or ESG expectations.
  • Lead the development and evolution of supplier performance scorecards, KPIs, and review processes. Improve supplier performance, transparency, and accountability across the enterprise.
  • Enable consistent performance measurement and business reviews across categories.
  • Translate supplier data into actionable insights to support decision‑making and value creation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate supplier risk, sustainability, and compliance considerations into SRM practices.
  • Support supplier sourcing initiatives by providing data, reporting, and governance models.
  • Monitor external market intelligence and supplier trends to proactively inform Procurement strategies.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of SRM initiatives on supplier performance, risk mitigation, sustainability outcomes, and overall value.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of SRM and supplier program professionals.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale SRM capabilities.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration without direct authority over all participating teams.
  • Strengthen Procurement’s role as a strategic partner to the business and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Supplier Management, or a related function
  • Strong experience with supplier performance management, analytics, or supplier governance models



Preferred Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Masters or Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)
  • Experience operating within a Center of Excellence or shared services model.
  • Familiarity with sustainability, supplier risk, or supplier diversity programs.
  • Experience working with procurement technology platforms and data visualization tools.
