Overview

Our client is an established Dallas based firm that works closely with small and mid sized business owners, helping them gain financial clarity and build stronger, more scalable companies.

They are looking for a driven, high energy Business Development Representative who loves the hunt and is motivated by winning new business. This is a great opportunity for someone with 4+ years of experience selling services such as payroll, PEO, HR, recruiting, accounting, or other business services to small and mid sized companies.

The right person is confident getting in front of business owners, comfortable taking risks, and energized by meeting new people. If you are competitive, relationship oriented, and motivated by performance based earning potential, this role offers a strong platform to build a successful career.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline within target industries
  • Prospect and network strategically across professional and advisory markets
  • Lead discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Develop proposals in collaboration with internal subject matter experts
  • Close new business aligned with firm values and service capabilities
  • Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions
  • Provide market intelligence to inform growth strategy

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of business development experience within professional services, advisory, consulting, accounting, HR, technology services, or similar environments
  • Demonstrated success generating new revenue in a services-based model
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, growth-focused environment
