Hallmark’s customers are primarily medium to large health systems (networks of hospitals, care centers, and providers) who want to understand their labor workforce better.
Job Responsibilities- Develop, coordinate, and conduct core product training for clients and internal users.
- Conduct orientation programs and training for new employees.
- Coordinate with internal resources to design the training rollout approach, including testing and training schedules.
- Create training documents and update user manuals to match client‑specific scope requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, end users, sales, product management, technical support, IT, and other internal stakeholders to understand training needs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implement improvements, and grow adoption.
- Multitask and maintain tight timelines and priorities in a highly professional manner.
- Commit to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Travel 20–30% of the time within the United States as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of experience as a trainer in midsize companies.
- Healthcare domain background is a plus.
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and/or technical processes.
- Positive team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience creating and presenting training materials.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and a proven track record of improving customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with diverse audiences, including project managers and support teams.
Hybrid 3 days a week (Tuesday‑Thursday) in our Dallas office: 13155 Noel Rd, Suite 2400, Dallas, TX 75240.
