Job Summary
The ISN Internship program is an intensive, ten‑week program that gives university students a unique opportunity to put the skills they have learned in their undergraduate career into practical application in the workforce. A select group of students will be invited to participate and gain experience in two critical aspects of business:
Customer Service and Product Development. Products Team Product Strategy Interns will participate in a training program to teach them about our business model, then move into our Products Team. The internship provides individuals an opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment while working on their assigned projects. The position exposes individuals to the complete Software Development Life Cycle.
At the close of their internship, they will present their findings and final products to the Products Team Management and Supervisors, gaining valuable experience in speaking in high‑pressure situations.
June 8 - August 14, 2026. First round interviews will be held virtually. If successful after first round, candidates will be invited to final round interviews in Dallas, TX March 25 & 26.
Please NoteThis internship will lead to a full‑time offer contingent upon individual performance and business needs. Please be aware that ISN does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position (such as H‑1B visa in the United States), thus we are considering only candidates who do not eventually need sponsorship to continue working full‑time.
Onsite RequirementInterns must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office and be willing to come into the office every day unless approved by management.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Research and complete assigned project(s)
- Collect customer ideas and internal change requests for ISNetworld on the assigned products that align with ISN’s business strategy that allow for future advancement and expansion of usage
- Attend and/or participate in Scrum ceremonies for assigned team(s)
- Proactively analyze and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
- Plan for feature releases and communicate across the company
- Support the Business Analyst Team with administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Liase with Product Owners to develop User Acceptance Criteria for User Stories and identify/capture return on investment (ROI) for projects
- Research and prepare reports/presentations for assigned projects
Deliver final presentation to Management and Supervisors
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related business field from an accredited university
- Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e‑mail applications
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
