• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting or sales experience in a high-volume staffing environment (IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)
• Proficient with MS Office and MAC OS
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Consultative and professional approach to sales and recruiting

• Prospecting and qualifying potential clients
• Managing existing client relationships and expanding business through excellent service
• Establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Documenting sales activities and communications in CRM
• Maintaining spreadsheets of requirements and project statuses
• Collaborating with the delivery team on candidate presentation, interview scheduling, and salary negotiations
• Reviewing resumes and qualifying candidates
• Developing account strategies and revenue forecasting
• Participating in industry events to promote the Genius Road brand
• Providing feedback to support marketing initiatives
• Supporting training of new team members
• Staying updated on staffing trends and developing creative strategies for business growth
