** Location of position**:
Based anywhere in KONE's Central West District, this position is a hybrid role.
As our District Sales Manager, Service & Solutions, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring 7+ years of progressive and successful solution selling and account management experience, preferably in service or product sales to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience within a comparable industry.## Other Listed Duties:
* Develop and grow our service business sales with a strong customer‐focused, outside‐in mindset.
* Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored service solutions.
* Reinforce and execute KONE’s solution‐selling methodology.
* Lead the implementation of KONE-wide sales initiatives to boost performance.
