The Part-Time Fusion
PKG Pricing Analyst will support the Execution Excellence and Customer Experience teams by compiling cost estimates, generating business reports, and maintaining accurate data across systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience working within an ERP system.
- Generate and maintain business reports to support pricing, operations, and management decision-making.
- Compile packaging and turnkey estimates.
- Issue requests for estimates (RFEs) to suppliers, validate costing and documentation, track responses, and follow up.
- Apply standard and strategic margin structure to create pricing calculations.
- Work within the ERP system to input, extract, audit, and analyze data.
- Prepare Excel-based models, dashboards, and summaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and communications.
- Prepare, update, and maintain customer concept estimates.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
- Create, refine and maintain templates, trackers, and tools that support pricing operations.
- Support improvements in file management, naming conventions, and workflow organization.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with sales, account management, operations, project management, and vendor partners as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely information that enables teams to make informed decisions.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and general business systems:
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; exposure to Salesforce/SharePoint a plus. - Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with packaging, turnkey, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies.
- 20 hours per week, hybrid schedule.
This position is Temporary and Part-Time with the potential to transition into a Full-Time role based on business needs and performance. The role also carries the possibility of becoming a permanent position
.
We are also open to considering an Independent Contractor arrangement for the right candidate.
