This is a highly visible, strategic role that goes beyond traditional pricing analysis. The position offers the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with Operations and executive leadership, drive transformational initiatives, and directly influence profitability and business performance.

The Opportunity

The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing gross margins, advancing pricing strategy, and implementing innovative solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize gross profit margins through data-driven pricing strategies
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain customized pricing models
  • Support field-level pricing requirements and strategic initiatives
  • Design and implement AI-powered pricing solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Sales, Transformation, and Merchandising teams
  • Communicate pricing strategies effectively across the branch network
  • Partner closely with the VP of Pricing and VP of Transformation
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner — not just number crunching, but influencing business outcomes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, operations, sales, business development, or related areas
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Python and SQL strongly preferred
  • Consulting experience will be considered
