An expanding enterprise is adding a Business Operations Program Leader to its central operations function. Reporting directly to the executive overseeing the Project & Program Management function, this role will spearhead high-impact initiatives centered around strategic partner integration, marketing performance enhancement, and long-term alliance effectiveness.
This position plays a critical role in shaping partner-driven growth strategies designed to increase revenue contribution, improve margin performance, elevate client satisfaction, and deepen key business relationships. The successful candidate will bring strong ownership, data-driven decision-making capability, and the ability to influence across departments without formal authority. Collaboration across Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing will be essential to streamline workflows and unlock scalable growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute multi-phase strategic programs aligned with executive priorities and objectives
- Translate high-level business goals into structured roadmaps, milestones, and measurable success metrics
- Serve as the central coordination point across Partnerships, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and performance targets are met
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution barriers; implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum
- Utilize project and portfolio management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar tools) to ensure transparency and accountability
- Deliver executive-level reporting on program health, business impact, milestone achievement, and emerging challenges
- Facilitate governance reviews, steering meetings, and cross-functional working sessions
- Drive change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, workflows, and partnership models
- Analyze performance data and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine program execution and operational efficiency
- Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize partner lifecycle management and enhance revenue performance
