Social Media Marketing Analyst

Need a Social Media Driven Individual who can work in a non profit environment.

- Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items and reports.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys and participant feedback forms to assist CRR team in discovering prospective customers' preferences.
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
- Assist in the review and analysis of data, trends of minority-owned businesses in
North Texas, and market trends to assist in the assessment of MBE needs impacted by the pandemic.
- Assist in the review and analysis of program data, including client participation in
program offerings.
- Timely report formulation to assist in future programming.
- Data entry of client data and metrics into approved systems.
- Identification of economically distressed and rural areas to increase our reach in these demographics.
- Remain fully informed on market trends as businesses emerge from the effects of the
pandemic, other parties researches and implement best practices.
- Work with CRR team to ensure that monthly and quarterly program metrics are met.
- Administrative duties, as needed.
- Work on off site meetings and attend events as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as market research assistant or equivalent, including references and samples of work.
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc).
- Enthusiasm for learning.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Teams a plus.
- Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Individual who craves intellectual challenges.
- Strong emphasis on professionalism.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
- Quality work that incorporates creativity, organization, and outstanding communication.
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of the association industry or eagerness to learn about it.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a small, innovative, collaborative, and
professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and communication skills
