Overview
The ideal candidate has a background in improving business processes and facilitating organizational change management on enterprise-wide initiatives. Focus is centered around the people aspect of the business and experience in the following is preferred:
- Business Process
- Facilitation of workshops with business partners and other project team members
- Big picture thinking. Able to fit overarching, complex business processes together to identify upstream and downstream impacts
- Understands the flow of information/data that supports a process and the logical order of operations
- Understands how technology solutions facilitate a business process; not software/application expert or functional SME
- Formal and visual documentation using tools such as Word and Visio (formal) and Canva, PowerPoint, etc. (visual)
- Organizational Change Management
- Use of various methods, collateral and approaches to help people from across varying states and business groups prepare for and navigate through a change in processes and/or technology
- Creatively and effectively communicates, both verbally and visually, to tell a story to support decision making and help impacted stakeholders understand what the change means to them
- Prosci certification is a plus, not required
- Leads others through influence (without direct authority), manages team activities and reviews prepared plans and collateral to ensure quality, on-time delivery
- Project lifecycle phases and corresponding deliverables to move an initiative from initiation through sustainment

Primary DutiesEducational/Experience Level: Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Organizational Change Management or a related field and five years related experience; or equivalent.
Communication
Skills:
Requires the ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature.
Numeric
Skills:
Requires the ability to perform algebraic, trigonometric and geometric operations and/or moderately complex statistical and/or accounting methods.
Computer
Skills:
Requires advanced knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports and/or graphics.
Physical Demands: Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
Work
Conditions:
Works in an office environment. May require some traveling.
