- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a B2B environment.
- Experience selling services such as staffing, workforce solutions, HR, payroll, insurance, consulting, or similar preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and build relationships from the ground up. Exposure to proposal development, RFP responses, or structured sales processes preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and reporting strongly preferred.
- Experience using Zoom Info or similar prospecting and data platforms required.
- Working knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems, proposal tools, and sales enablement platforms required.
- Comfort learning and adopting new business development technologies and software tools quickly.
- Build and maintain a national pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Support proposal efforts and client pursuits aligned with company growth strategy.
- Contribute to new account development and revenue growth initiatives.
- Strengthen A & Associates’ national presence through strategic relationship development.
Base salary range
: $65,000 – $75,000 annually.
Bonus opportunities tied to performance, contribution to revenue growth, and business development milestones.
