SUMMARY:

The Sales Assistant supports Account Executives by managing the order lifecycle, maintaining client relationships, and handling administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include processing orders, managing inventory, creating sales reports, and ensuring timely deliveries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order Management:
    Receive, input, and track customer orders, ensuring accurate shipping information and timely delivery.
  • Client Relations:
    Act as a point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues regarding orders, returns, or product information.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Analyze sales data, track inventory levels, and prepare reports for sales managers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of basic retail math.
