io Vista is seeking a Partner & Sales Development Manager to help us expand our footprint through strategic partnerships, trade shows, and sales support. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with platform partners (Adobe, Shopify, Big Commerce, ERP vendors), managing post-event lead follow-ups, and supporting our sales team to move mid‑market and enterprise deals forward.
This is an equal parts partnership, sales development, and relationship management. You’ll be representing io Vista in the field, at events, and with ecosystem stakeholders, helping generate new business opportunities and fueling our pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with Adobe, Shopify Plus, Big Commerce, ERP providers, and other tech partners.
- Stay current on partner programs, certifications, co‑selling opportunities, and joint marketing activities.
- Coordinate with platform reps for joint events, webinars, and case study submissions.
- Support the CEO and VP with discovery notes, solutions requirements, and proposal assets.
- Work with SDRs/AEs to move deals through the pipeline and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Assist in drafting client decks and proposals.
- Represent io Vista at trade shows and networking events; manage post‑event led follow‑ups and outreach sequences.
- Track engagement, set discovery meetings, and keep leads nurtured in Hub Spot.
- Maintain partner contact records, touchpoints, and deal influence in Hub Spot.
- Provide regular updates on partnership ROI, sourced leads, and follow‑up activity.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, channel partnerships, or sales support, preferably within the eCommerce, digital agency, or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience with sales working with at least one major platform partner (Adobe, Shopify, or Big Commerce).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable attending trade shows, networking mixers, and partner dinners.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred).
- Self‑starter with strong organizational and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the digital commerce or systems integration space.
- Knowledge of ERP or eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.
- Strong Linked In presence and relationship‑building instincts.
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses, based on experience.
