Were looking for a metals-experienced, relationship-driven professional to manage and grow manufacturing client relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
This role is designed for someone with hands-on knowledge of metals and industrial recycling who can step into client conversations with credibility from day one. Youll work closely with manufacturers to strengthen existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and design recycling programs that create both economic value and environmental impact.
While sustainability is core to our mission, this role requires practical, real-world metals expertise and the ability to operate independently in manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities- Strengthen and grow relationships with manufacturing clients across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities with companies that value responsible recycling and operational efficiency.
- Understand each client’s goals and operations to recommend recycling solutions that create environmental and economic value.
- Represent our Client Experience team with professionalism, sound judgment, and thoughtful independence, always being relationship-minded.
- Maintain a regular presence at client sites to build trust, solve problems, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
- Working knowledge of industrial metals recycling, including ferrous and/or nonferrous materials.
- Experience in manufacturing, metals, machining, industrial services, or a closely related field.
- Ability to engage confidently in technical conversations on shop floors and in executive meetings.
- Business judgment to make informed, independent decisions in client-facing situations.
- 35 years of experience in account management, sales, operations, or client-facing roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills grounded in technical credibility.
- Clear, confident communication across all levels of an organization.
- Curiosity, humility, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
