About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to optimize and scale our revenue systems, data, and processes. This person will own our CRM Process
, ensure pipeline accuracy, and help build a data‑driven foundation for growth across marketing, sales, and customer success.
You’ll be the connective tissue between GTM strategy and execution — someone who loves turning chaos into clarity and insights into impact.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Product Team to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to ensure data accuracy and visibility
- Partner with leadership to define KPIs and pipeline health metrics
- Automate manual processes and streamline lead routing, deal tracking, and forecasting
- Conduct performance analyses and recommend data‑backed improvements to drive conversion and retention
- Manage and maintain integrations between Apollo and other GTM tools
- Support territory design, quota management, and commission modeling as we scale
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment across the funnel
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field
- Deep expertise with Zoho or Apollo CRM (certifications preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills — Excel proficiency required;
Power BI experience a plus - Proven ability to manage GTM data structures and processes in a startup or high‑growth environment
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- (Bonus) Experience in Marketplaces, Construction, or B2B Saas
