Out client Airo Mechanical is looking for
The ideal candidate will lead new HVAC and Plumbing business in the multifamily new construction market.
Responsible for a territory in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio Texas.
Responsibilities- Identify partnership opportunities with developers, property managers, architects and builders in the multifamily construction market.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Base salary from $110k
- Commissions paid on signed contracts
- Annual bonus based on company performance
