Join Integrity as a Procurement Specialist. In this role you will support the procurement and strategic sourcing of goods and services, optimize spend, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive efficiency across a wide range of products and services. The position reports to the Procurement Category Manager.

A strong background in procurement, supplier negotiation, and spend analytics is required. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal quieres y los equipos funcionales para asegurar el mejor valor y la alineación estratégica en las inversiones de marketing.

• Assist in sourcing and contracting marketing services, including media buys, creative agencies, digital & print advertising, events, and promotional merchandise.
• Support RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection to drive cost savings and service improvements.
• Track and analyze category spend to identify cost‑saving opportunities and enhance supplier performance.
• Monitor supplier contracts, renewals, and compliance with company policies.
• Work with key marketing suppliers to ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews, assist in QBRs, and research new supplier capabilities.
• Lead complex negotiations for marketing contracts and manage contract renewals proactively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital media innovations.
• Identify risks related to data privacy, brand reputation, and vendor compliance and partner with Legal & Compliance teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Legal to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives.
• Assist in developing dashboards and reports to track category performance and supplier effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably in marketing and communications.
• Experience with marketing agencies, digital media, or promotional services.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
