Overview
We are seeking an individual that has been active in the North Texas market with deep accounting or financial analysis knowledge. The ideal candidate should be interested in developing a market and comfortable leading a team of consultants.

DESCRIPTION:
A professional services firm that delivers service in two broad categories, Consulting and Placement Services.
Consulting operations delivers outsourced, finance and accounting services at the Bookkeeper through CFO level on a fractional, interim or project basis.
Placement Services offers recruiting for the CFO position and below.
Position PurposeThe North Texas Market President is responsible for the execution of the Firm’s dual-branded strategy in Dallas/North Texas, including leading business development; consultant talent acquisition and retention; and client acquisition and satisfaction.
Nature and ScopeThe North Texas Market President is accountable to the Executive Manager and has fiduciary responsibility to the general membership of the company.
Supervision Responsibilities- Responsible for helping consultants to successfully onboard with new clients ensuring that the consultants are successful in meeting client requirements.
- Acts as primary point of contact for all internal and external parties
- Leads business development, client interaction, and supports the process of facilitating existing client relationships and creating new client opportunities
- Assists consultants in securing and onboarding with new client engagements
- Ensures that adequate consulting resources are available to meet operational opportunities, across both brands
- Ensures established quality standards are set, maintained, and client satisfaction is at a high level
- Build a team of high-performing consultative finance and accounting professionals that meets the needs of the marketplace
- Ensures all business information systems and processes are fully utilized and maintained in an accurate manner on a daily basis
- Ensures high quality client engagements, manages and monitors Firm success and provides recommendations to improve market performance
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources and influential individuals and businesses in assigned market area. This will be accomplished through attending events and organizations as well as networking meetings with individuals, both during and after normal business hours.
Position Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a preference for degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Prior experience in either accounting or financial planning and analysis.
- Experience working in a company that provides business services, consulting services preferred.
- History of building and maintaining a professional network that is utilized for mutually beneficial purposes.
- Experience working in the North Texas marketplace, preferably in a management position or as a business consultant, for at least 10 years.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to complete daily detailed tasks while also thinking strategically.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as assigned.
- Ability to be resourceful, self-confident, able to self-manage.
